About Position

Fisher Global is seeking a qualified and motivated Agronomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in agronomy or related fields. Youthful and flexible individuals with a valid Category A driving license and fluency in English are preferred. Basic knowledge of chili production is an added advantage.

Field Operations

Main Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to provide technical support and agronomic advice to farmers
Develop and implement crop management plans
Monitor crop health and recommend control measures for pests, diseases, and weeds
Assist in soil testing, crop trials, and data collection
Prepare reports and maintain records of crop progress and field activities
Collaborate with agricultural extension officers and stakeholders

Experience

Minimum 2 years in a similar role

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agronomy (Crop Production)
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Valid Category A Driving License is an added advantage
Willingness and flexibility to work in different locations
