About Position

Fisher Global is seeking a resourceful and tech-savvy IT Officer to maintain and support our core technological infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support, network systems, and cybersecurity. Motivated professionals skilled in troubleshooting and supporting digital platforms will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the company’s IT systems, hardware, software, and platforms.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
• Maintain computer networks, internet connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure data security, backups, and appropriate access controls.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Support the company in adopting appropriate digital solutions and social media management.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in a similar role

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.

• Solid expertise in computer hardware/software troubleshooting, local network management, and internet systems.

• Strong problem-solving orientation combined with excellent technical user-support skills.
