Fisher Global is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to join our team. Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems.
• Collect, analyze, and report project data and results.
• Track project performance against targets and indicators.
• Prepare regular M&E reports and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Conduct field monitoring visits and document findings.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in a similar role

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in M&E, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Relevant M&E experience, preferably in development or project-based organizations.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data-analysis tools is an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in M&E, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in monitoring and evaluation within a project-based environment.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and database management software.
• Strong analytical capability, high attention to detail, and proven technical report-writing skills.
• Ability to conduct field monitoring visits and maintain high standards of data integrity under tight deadlines.
